When do you open?

This website is always available to order from.

Our Coleraine store is open Mon – Sat: 9am – 5.30pm.

Our Ballymena store is open Mon-Fri: 9am – 10pm and Sat-Sun: 9am – 6pm.

Do Mobile World offer contracts?

No, at Mobile World we only sell the handset. This means you should choose which network you need and use our drop down selector when purchasing a handset.

All of our mobiles are sim-free.

Do I have to order online?

No, we have shops in Coleraine and Ballymena. Feel free to call in anytime and have a look. Certain deals and offers are only available in-store, such as the Christmas payment club.

Product Questions

Is there warranty?

All mobiles come with Free 6 months Mobileworld non-accidental warranty.

This covers ALL Mobile/Tablet errors and issues that are non-accidental related, such as battery issues or software problems.

Accident related issues (eg: dropping your mobile or smashing your screen) are not covered under any warranty.

 

While accidental damage is not covered, we always try to look after our customers.

If you do smash your screen or have another accidental issue, give us a call and we will do our best to help. 

 

Some mobiles and tablets still have existing Apple or Samsung warranty, when this is this case, the product is always highlighted with the existing remaining warranty in the product description.

Is there any extra charges?

The price you see is the price you pay.

For example, if you have selected an iPhone 4s 8GB on O2 and it says £110, you will only ever pay £110

What if I don’t like the product I bought?

No problem! We offer a 7 day full refund policy.

If your not happy with your new purchase within 7 days, simply let us know and we’ll instruct you on how to return it.

What condition are your phones?

We use an A, A/B OR B grading system on our mobiles.

A: In almost new or excellent used condition. There are no visible cosmetic scratches on either the screen or anywhere else on the phone.

A/B: In great condition. There are no dents, chips or deep scratches. There are no marks on the screen. The device may have a small sign of use such as a mark on the edge.
B: In very good or good condition. There are small scratches and other marks on the phone, possibly including the screen.

Most of our mobiles are listed as grade A/B condition

Which Network should I choose?

When purchasing a handset, take care in your network selection. Choose one that is suitable to your location.

If in doubt, choose Unlocked. An unlocked handset will work with ANY sim card in ANY country.

For example, if your current mobile is on Vodafone, you can select the Vodafone option or unlocked.

An Unlocked handset may normally be more expensive, as it would work with any sim card.

Please note: Customers in the Republic of Ireland should choose unlocked.

Ordering Questions

I don’t live in the UK or Ireland, can I order?

Unfortunately no, we can only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

How long before I get my mobile, tablet or iPad?

Once your payment has cleared, we will begin processing your order. When we have processed it, the order is sent with next day delivery.

Processing is normally done the same day, however during busy periods it may be done the next day.

After processing, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your order.

Once we ship your order, we will send you an email with a tracking code.

The maximum wait is normally less than 72 hours. If you have not received your order after 72 hours please contact us and we will track it for you.

What comes with my product?

All mobiles and tablets come with the appropriate data cable and UK 3-pin plug.

All mobiles/tablets that require a sim pin are supplied with one.

Some products are boxed, when this is the case, it will say so in the product description.

Is there a charge for delivery?

No, all orders are sent out tracked and insured with Free Delivery. To anywhere in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
